The IT team was going through a business transformation and needed upskilling for current roles and newly created positions.

LEARNING SOLUTION:
Interactive Learning Journey Guide
My Role
I created an interactive guidebook with over 100 custom learning journeys by position to guide IT employees on behavioral competency and technical skill development, and available learning opportunities.
​
I collaborated with subject matter experts in IT to identify desired technical skills for priority positions, and used that information to build individual learning journeys, a 411 guidebook, and online skills academy resource site for the IT team. The guide contained clickable links to each learning journey, recommended 70/20/10 blended learning action plans, and a newly created training request process for advanced technical certifications.

To introduce the resource, I facilitated a a series of remote workshops for the entire IT team, with practice scenarios to help guide meaningful career conversations around development and SMART goal planning.
