Rotational Development Program

I developed program resources and training to support the launch of a pilot IT Rotational Development Program. I partnered with subject matter experts in IT and HR to craft learning objectives and key activities for each rotation and used that information to create an interactive guidebook for the new analysts and managers. The guidebook included performance and learning goals for each rotation, on the job learning experiences, key contacts, manager check-in forms, and a training calendar.

I also created a remote training to review goals, roles, and responsibilities, and answer any questions about the program.
