SHRM  Certification Program 

I created and launched the HR team’s first certification program to grow functional skills and business credibility through SHRM BoCK® study and evaluation. 

I designed training content and learning experiences including; guided self-study, weekly virtual study sessions, internal coaches, peer accountability partners, Microsoft Teams communication channel, and a dedicated online resource portal. 

I owned the program end to end including design, planning, T3 trainings, study session facilitation, evaluation, and benefits reporting to business leaders.
