Training Impact Report

I collaborated with the company's HR project team to create a standardized template for reporting results of training and development programs to business leaders and HR stakeholders. 

I led the design of a 1-page report template guided by the employee organizational journey, business goals, learning evaluation, and ROI measurement, with actionable insight for continuous improvement. The report was designed to scale across functions and enable customization based on audience or training program.  

Solved the problem of not having a consistent method to capture and report out ROI on company learning and talent development initiatives.
